Pure Ceylon “Tea”

Ceylon Tea first started its journey in Ceylon in 1867. Introduced by a Scottish planter named James Taylor. Tea was introduced to Ceylon when the country was producing coffee as its main export beverage. With time most coffee plantations were replaced with Tea and new breed of Tea made to the international markets due to its exclusive taste and quality. Tea is grown in many areas of Ceylon some plantations are above 1200M and some are between 600M – 1200M above sea level. Ceylon Tea is uniquely flavoured due to contrasting elevation, climate, terrain of the region its grown.
